Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Delivery charges

• Orders of **200 AED or more** — free delivery
• Orders under **200 AED** — a flat **25 AED** delivery charge

The charge for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm and pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Delivery times

[TO CONFIRM: state realistic delivery windows before publishing — for example "1–2 working days in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, 2–4 working days in other emirates". Do not publish a promise the courier cannot meet.]

Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed on a Friday, a Saturday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to **500 AED**. Please have the exact amount ready — drivers may not carry change.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of any order from the order tracking page using your order number and the email address used to place it.

We will also email you when your order is confirmed and when it is on its way.
