Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. Please read them before ordering.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an **offer to buy**. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

We may limit or refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

Prices

All prices are shown in **UAE dirhams (AED)**.

[TO CONFIRM: Beauty Farm is currently configured as NOT VAT-registered, so prices carry no VAT and orders produce a receipt rather than a tax invoice. If and when the business registers for VAT, enter the TRN in admin — the wording here and on invoices must be updated to state that prices include VAT at 5%.]

We try hard to price correctly. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell at that price; we will contact you and offer to cancel or to proceed at the correct price.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to 500 AED.

Delivery

Delivery coverage, charges and timings are set out on our delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing there affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UAE.

Product information

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and directions are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. We reproduce them in good faith and do not add claims of our own.

**Nothing on this site is medical advice.** Cosmetic products are not medicines. Always patch-test a new product, read the manufacturer's directions, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription treatments.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging and formulation may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or abusively.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, and our own photography — belongs to Beauty Farm or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
